  • Prepare credit control reports and arrange monthly credit control meeting with Business team
  • Monitoring the account receivable to ensure timely and effective collection of outstanding debts
  • Resolve queries from internal and external customers on outstanding debts
  • Follow up overdue accounts (including outbound telephone calls)
  • Prepare account reconciliation
  • Perform general clerical duties

Education and Qualification
  • Diploma in Accounting / LCC Higher or equivalent
Working Experience
  • 6-7 years’ relevant working experience in Insurance Industry is preferable
Skill and Technical Expertise
  • Proficient in the operation of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Possess analytical skill and able to communicate in English
  • Pleasant, responsible and willing to learn
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated, independent, energetic and customer oriented
