  • Drive overall sales and marketing strategies, accountable for key deliverables such as enhancing competitiveness in the market so as to achieve both the short term and long term sales objectives
  • Analyze how the distribution channel is positioned in the Market and crystallize targeted consumers insights
  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Manage the functions of marketing communications, event marketing, partnership campaign, Club Suisse Membership, referral program, client & sales convention, Client & sales incentives
  • In charge of the annual marketing plan and budget
  • Monitor competitors and market trends for best practices by conducting market research and analysis reports
  • Align the Group around the company's direction, choices and tactics
  • Develop new crossover events for client recruitment and retention
  • Comply company regulations into events and ensure clear controls to internal and external
  • Handle external data house lead planning, budgeting and lead efficiency
  • Build & maintain a strong and sustainable relationship with media partners in order to continuously improve the PR coverage of the brands

  • Degree holder in Brand & Marketing, Public Relations, Social Media or related disciplines
  • Minimum 12 years’ relevant experience in which at least 5 years in senior management position, preferably in financial sectors
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to top management
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of box
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Advanced influential, communication and interpersonal skills
