Main responsibilities
The auditor will perform audit assignments in France and in other AGD entities with the objective to help management add value and improve its operations.
Within an industry undertaking major regulatory and technological changes and as part of an international and dynamic team, the auditor will be in charge of evaluating the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
In particular, the auditor will
  • Lead and participate to audit missions: data and processes analysis, interviews with the auditees, drafting of conclusions and proposing relevant improvement recommendations to management;
  • Follow the implementation of these recommendations;
  • Share best practices observed during the audits with the other AGD entities.
The auditor will also participate to the global assessment of the financial and operational risks of all our entities and to the elaboration of the annual audit plan.
Finally, he/she will implement new technics and tools to improve our audit practice in line with the highest market standards.
The position will be based in Suresnes (France) and could require some travel abroad (mainly in France, Belgium, Poland and Morocco).

Core competencies
The new internal auditor should have:
  • Strong education with at least five years’ experience in P&C insurance or in external audit.
  • High motivation and commitment to understand the Group’s strategy and achieve audit objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a great ability to listen, a critical mind, a good analytical sense as well
    as capacity for synthesis.
  • Strong (oral and writing) communication skill (several interactions with senior management teams).
  • Proficient in French and in English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
