Operational context and main challenges of the position
In order to reach our goal to “switch from payer to partner of our customers”, we need to get closer to our customers’ needs through insights, analysis, etc. prior to develop any offer/product at Group or local level.
This position requires coordination and interaction between various teams from each entity or region (Marketing, Distribution, Operations, etc.) as well as Group’s departments such as GBLs. Due to the multiplicity of contact points, the amount of information and very tight deadlines, the position requires a strong ability to manage projects, analyze and synthesize various data.
In addition, the women in Insurance initiative has been identified as one of the key 2020 priorities for AXA,with an ambition to become THE insurer of choice for women.
The "customer insight & women initiative" intern will support the customer team on the following missions:
1. Improve our Customer knowledge through the development of consumer insights;
o Project management: Identify, launch and monitor of Consumer studies in collaboration with business lines and key departmentsinterviews to understand & relay customer needs & expectations
o Animate Inside Insight, the AXA Consumer Insight community on the global Intranet, across all entities (e.g. identify new members, posting key insights, answering questions)
o Interact with consumer Insight / Market Research teams to identify local researches likely to be transversally shared with the Community
o Manage communication of Consumer insights & best practices to AXA stakeholders
(Holding, countries) through a specific community
o Analyze internal and external studies and identified how they could be applied to AXA
2. Support the Women Initiative notably on the roll-out of AXA’s first women strategy
o Assist in the implementation of a test & learn approach throughout the entities to develop/revamp women products
o Assist in the creation of a women community across the Group with key stakeholders (e.g. Strategy, Finance,Business Lines, Marketing)
o Assist in the roll-out of key initiatives to
1) customize AXA’s go-to-market process
2 )Humanize AXA’s brand image
3) enhance client engagement
4) develop innovative solutions
o Monitor key indicators (volume, revenues, retention, equipment) through a monthly dashboard & identify key actions according to results
Fully integrated into the Customer team within the Group Marketing, the trainee will ensure the completion of important deliverables on complex and high-visibility projects involving multiple and senior stakeholders for stakeholders at AXA Group and/or AXA local company/region level
