Within the AXA Group Head Office, the mission of the Group Marketing department is to support the AXA Group strategy and develop common methodologies, to define metrics and set targets based on local benchmarks and to leverage Group practices and resources in Marketing, Quality of Service and Distribution.
 
 
Mission
 
Under the responsibility of the Consumer & Market Insight Manager, the intern will support the Customer team on the following missions:
 
  • Participate to the (re)launch and the animation of the AXA Consumer Insight Community across all entities – through the intranet platform ONE
  • Get consumers insight through the launch, project monitoring and analysis of multiple international studies
 
Fully integrated into the Customer team (7 people) within the Group Marketing & Distribution, the trainee will ensure the completion of important deliverables for stakeholders at AXA Group and/or AXA local company/region level.
 
 
 
Role and Responsibilities :
 
 
1- Participate to the (re)launch and the animation of the AXA Consumer Insight Community across all entities – through the intranet platform ONE:
 
  • Identification of potential new members to include in the Consumer Insight Community
  • Interaction with AXA entities Consumer Insight / Market Research teams to identify local researches likely to be transversally shared with the Community
  • Analysis and synthesis of local researches shared by entities
  • On-going management of the Community on ONE (answering questions, posting researches,…)
 
 
2- Get consumers insight through the launch, project monitoring and analysis of multiple studies:
 
  • Identification, launch and monitoring of Consumer studies (project management)
  • Analysis of internal and external studies
  • Communication of Consumer insights to AXA stakeholders (Holding, countries)
  • Promotion of best practices in terms of Marketing analysis within the AXA Group

1- Education
  • Business School or University ;
 
2- Pre-requisites
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken a must; French is an advantage but not mandatory (German, Spanish is a plus)
  • Excellent skills at MS Office (notably Excel and PowerPoint);
 
3- Expected skills and competences
  • Excellent abilities to process figures;
  • Excellent communication and relational skills;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Strong organizational skills to monitor multiple projects in parallel;
  • Ability to use common sense in a complex environment;
  • Some notions in marketing previous experience a significant plus
