09/06/2007 - AXA has completed the sale of its Dutch insurance operations
AXA announced today that it has successfully completed the sale of its principal Dutch insurance operations, comprising 100% of AXA Netherlands, Winterthur Netherlands and DBV Netherlands, for a total cash consideration of Euro 1,797 million. The sale was completed on September 5, 2007.
