The Shareholders' Circle was created to foster ongoing dialogue between the AXA Group and its individual shareholders.

Members of the Circle receive regular mailings about Group events and business.

Membership is free and open to all individual AXA shareholders. Owners of pure registered shares are automatically enrolled.

Established in 1997, the Shareholders' Circle counts some 15,000 members.

Member privileges

As a member of the Shareholders' Circle, you receive first-hand information about Group events and business: annual and interim earnings releases, major transactions, upcoming shareholders' meetings and regional meetings. Information is mailed to your home address.

You are cordially invited to meet with us on these occasions.

Members of the Shareholders' Circle also receive a special AXA Millésimes offer from Group-owned wineries. This offer is extended when you join and repeated annually thereafter.

Meetings

Members of the Shareholders' Circle are invited to participate in meetings held throughout France. These gatherings provide an opportunity to get to know the company and its senior managers and take part in discussion on current events.
