The AXA Group set up the Advisory Committee for Individual Shareholders to promote and improve dialogue between the Company and its individual shareholders.

All of its members are AXA shareholders. They are selected with the aim of representing the diversity of individual shareholders both geographic and professional.

Operating procedures and meetings

The Advisory Committee has 15 members, each of whom is appointed for a term of four years. To qualify, you must be a member of the Shareholder's Circle and own at least 100 AXA shares.

The Committee meets two to three times a year in Paris. More than two absences automatically result in the revocation of membership.

Meetings are conducted by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board (Jacques de Chateauvieux) or the Management Board (Henri de Castries).
