HR responsibilities
Group level
The management board member, Claude Brunet is the COO in charge of transversal operations, communications, marketing and human resources.
Alain Rohaut is the Group Executive Vice-President Human Resources. This includes responsibility for coordinating the various various dimensions of the human resources policy at Group level : management of executives, labor relations, compensation and benefits, performance and development, AXA University, HR data and systems, HR communications and research.
Local level
A similar structure can be found in each company, with the head of human resources sitting on the management board.
