Cocedal Conseil has selected "axa.com" for its Qualiweb award for the best corporate site in its 10th online customer relations survey. This marketing research institute has been rewarding the best internet sites for 10 years now. In addition, the 2006 activity and sustainable development report received the publication Top Com Gold award in the category covering annual reports for Cac 40-listed companies.

The research carried out by Cocedal Conseil covered 250 French sites from various sectors (banking, insurance, tourism-transport, etc.), split into 14 categories. The methodology applied involved sending sample emails to test the quality and responsiveness of representatives, on a one-off basis as well as over time. Five scenarios were considered for each site, making it possible to map out a scorecard for analyzing them:

  • Customer complaint
  • Sales information request
  • Sales information request (in English)
  • Technical issue on the site
  • Internship request

More specifically, this review factored in the quality of handling for requests and their follow-up over time, as well as the ability to meet deadlines and commitments. On February 13, 2008, AXA received the award for best corporate site, coming in ahead of Orange and Renault.

At the close of the "Top Com Corporate Business 2008" conference on February 14, 2008, the AXA Group and the Publicorp communications agency received the gold Top Com award in the category "Annual Report of a CAC 40-Listed Company" for AXA's 2006 Activity and Sustainable Development Report. Pernod Ricard and the agency Terre de Sienne, and L'Oréal and the agency Publicis Consultants France received, respectively, the silver and bronze Top Com awards in the same category. The report was acclaimed for its authenticity, clarity of presentation, quality of content and balance between form and content.
