AXA named insurance company of the year in Portugal

For the first time ever, AXA has been named non-life insurance company of the year in Portugal.
This illustrious honor was granted by the Portuguese magazine Exame* based on research carried out by DUN** and an accounting audit performed by Deloitte. It was awarded to João Leandro, AXA Portugal's chairman and CEO, represents a just reward for an entire team whose high level of motivation and professionalism deserve to be recognized. The growth rate for premiums issued, the market share increase, return on investments, solvency ratio and the level of coverage for responsibilities are just a few of the criteria on which AXA Portugal was voted the best non-life insurance company of the year.
