02/13/2006 - AXA has reached the 95% threshold of the share capital in its German subsidiary AXA Konzern AG

Today, AXA informed the Management Board of AXA Konzern AG that AXA reached as of February 13, 2006, directly and indirectly, more than 95% of the shares (owned and tendered) in AXA Konzern AG.

The offer period continues to run until February 27, 2006 with an offer price of Euro 129.3 per AXA Konzern AG ordinary share and preference share.

01/09/2006 - AXA launches an offer to acquire shares from minority shareholders of its German subsidiary AXA Konzern AG

Following the BaFin's approval on its offer document received on January 6, 2006, AXA launches today an offer to acquire the 7.24% of AXA Konzern AG (Germany) shares it does not already own.

AXA proposes to offer Euro 129.3 per AXA Konzern AG ordinary share and preferred share. The offer period will start today and close on February 27, 2006.
