Product development
The Product development teams improve existing products and create new ones to ensure that the Group anticipates the future needs of its clients and satisfies present ones.
An important interface between the Marketing, Information Technology, Reinsurance and Sales/Distribution teams, the Product Development teams drive the product creation process by integrating information related to client needs and cost coverage risks, and also ensure their profitability over time.
On the team, you will be responsible for:
- selecting and assessing risks in terms of such factors as product design, technical and underwriting regulations, and portfolio management
- assessing risk and devising specific insurance policies
- working closely with the Marketing and Sales/Distribution teams in the interest of satisfying customer demands
- monitoring the competition and the regulatory environment, identifying and analyzing major changes in the industry
- looking for possible new partners for the introduction of new services and product features
- managing underlying business risks and tracking product profitability
If you have an actuarial, engineering or business background, decision making, problem solving and analytical skills, we invite you to explore the opportunities available within our Product development teams. Fluency in English is a must for all positions with international exposure.
