The Information Technology (IT) teams are at the forefront of our technology landscape and guarantee that we have the capacity required to face the rapid changes and upcoming challenges of our business.
In 2010, IT enabled AXA to redefine online insurance by developing over 20 new mobile applications based on iPhone apps, and other motor claims innovations.
Our IT teams contribute to the success of the organization by devising innovative solutions that address client needs at the global level. From IT programme management to system support and business analysis, teams serve as strategic partners for diverse organizations in connection with their information needs.
Our local IT teams work in an ongoing fashion with AXA Technology Services (IT infrastructures) and AXA Group Solutions to create synergies and facilitate the sharing of best practices worldwide.
On the team, you will be responsible for:
- managing global IT projects
- promoting and facilitating the sharing of IT resources, best practices, and innovative ideas and approaches
- identifying, developing and coordinating projects and initiatives at the Group level that have an IT dimension
If you have solid skills in project management and an IT degree or equivalent, we invite you to explore the opportunities available within our IT teams. Fluency in English is a must for all positions with international exposure.

After joining AXA for the off shoring project for Australia Mainframe operations, I got a chance to work with the UK and US processes as well. As the team grew I was offered a leadership position and became involved in more off shoring projects.
