The role of the Human resources (HR) teams is to promote employee engagement as a key pillar of AXA's strategy. HR teams are the advocators, facilitators and role models of AXA's culture of trust and achievement, which helps to set us apart from competition and to become the preferred in our industry.
Our HR teams create value for the organization by working closely with business leaders on the local and global levels to ensure that they have access to the right talents as needed. Our strategic people framework ensures that employees are engaged and well-aligned throughout their journey with AXA, from recruitment to learning and development to diversity and well being.
