Claims management

The Claims management teams are pivotal to the delivery of our promise of offering clients efficient claims services when they most need them.

The Claims teams are made up of individuals who are not only attentive to clients and who possess solid legal training and experience, but who have also mastered the industrialization of processes and information systems. They work closely with in-house departments and external parties to guarantee a positive experience for our clients when it comes to the coverage, settlement and assessment of their claims.

In 2010, nearly 12 000 employees were working in claims at AXA. They managed and settled close to 10 million claims for a total of 17 billion euros. Optimizing claims management is not just a question of economic efficiency; it is also and above all the key to customer satisfaction.

A Claims Day is held each year in-house to communicate on the practices and innovations in the area of claims. In addition, training programs are also offered to build team cohesion.

On the team, you will be responsible for:

  • claims processing and quality management
  • dispute management, settlement negotiation, fraud investigation
  • working with sales and distribution teams to ensure that the client experience is consistent and positive
  • strengthening and developing the network of partners to ensure a high level of service quality

If you have training in liability law and demonstrated problem solving ability as well as a remarkable sense of service, we invite you to explore the opportunities available within our Claims management teams. Fluency in English is a must for all positions with international exposure.
