The Marketing teams provide critical information on the aspirations and expectations of clients, tying them to our brand promises and ensuring that these needs are taken into account at every link in the value chain: from product design to service delivery, and across all existing channels of distribution (sales agents, brokers, direct sales, etc.).

In 2010 and for the second year running, AXA was ranked the world's number one insurance brand in the Interbrand ranking.

Our goal is to maintain our number one brand ranking in the insurance industry and become the preferred company of our 95 million clients and prospects worldwide.

On the team, you will be responsible for:

  • customer segmentation and product development ideas
  • the provision of information about the market, clients and distributors
  • the definition and rollout of a multi-channel strategy
  • the management of marketing and advertising campaigns
  • marketing effectiveness and performance measurement
  • distribution network support

I work with a lot of different organizations, from external vendors and internal IT to our field associates and our wholesale partners, and each one has their own unique needs. I'm challenged every day by new programs constantly that require a marketing perspective so there's constant demand for developing more.
