The role of Communications team is to develop and promote the image and reputation of AXA and to ensure not only the quality and impact of the messages conveyed but also their consistency with the Group's identity.
Our Communications teams offer their expertise in a variety of areas and in a global environment. They are structured around three main activities:
The Internal Communications teams optimize the organization's strategy and knowledge with respect to employees. In this way, they are a genuine driver of the corporation's culture and its development.
The External Communications teams work with various partners to efficiently coordinate and carry out external communications programs and campaigns that revolve around the Group's products and services.
The e-Communications teams focus on understanding and optimizing the resources offered by new communications technologies and their applications. They bring a high-tech online user experience to AXA's in-house and external partners alike.
On the team, you will be responsible for:
- developing coherent and consistent messages pertaining to the brand as well as AXA products and services
- keeping a watch on the competitive environment and on threats to the image of the Group and its entities
- ensuring the optimal use of the various communications resources and channels that are made available
- working with various suppliers on tracking and managing communications projects
