Corporate responsibility (CR) is an integral part of AXA's corporate identity. The notion of responsibility is intrinsic to our business, which is about protecting people over the long term. And at AXA, it is really is how we do our business.

On the team, you will be responsible for

  • developing and improving relationships with institutions and players outside the Group
  • managing transversal projects related to reducing our carbon footprint and developing our philanthropy
  • maintaining relationships with triple-bottom line/ethical rating agencies
  • benchmarking and market intelligence work

AXA is truly international, and it is this international environment that first attracted me. I work on a number of projects and activities involving all the Group's subsidiaries and business units. While broad in scope, the CR department's activities are ultimately aimed at ensuring AXA is a responsible corporate citizen. This is a rewarding mission, and as PMO (Project Management Office) for the CR team, I have found a role where I can apply my skills set to a truly fulfilling purpose.
