1 About you

We look for talented, ambitious individuals with the right mind-set (change leader, team spirited, customer and results focused, to name just a few), in different types of functions (IT, Data, HR, Marketing, Risk, Finance and many more).

You will need a minimum Bachelor degree (some positions may require a minimum Master degree. Please ensure that you check the relevant job description for further details.)

Relevant professional experience is desirable.

2 Start date

Most roles will start in September 2016 but some may require you to start before then.

3 How you can apply

Select the country and role you are most interested in from the section "Opportunities Available".

Follow the application process detailed for the role.

You will have interviews with local HR representatives and managers. Depending on local recruitment processes you may be asked to complete further local assessment (e.g. business case, assessment center etc.)

4 Top tips for applying

Make sure you take note of the application deadline for each role. Deadlines can vary between countries and jobs.

Don't forget to double check the spelling in your CV and your cover letter (if required).

It might sound obvious, but always be truthful. The most basic of checks will expose this and may ruin your chances of getting the job.

Prior to the interview, think about the skills needed for the job. Prepare examples of where you have demonstrated these skills (university projects, internships etc.).

Enthusiasm! It's more enjoyable to interview people who show passion and interest and act like they want to work for us.
